I am happy to find a photography site that is not obsessed with Canon and Nikon, not that I think they are not good cameras, but for those of us who choose other equipment, it does get tiresome to have these two brands constantly pushed by the photography retailers. Maybe this is only the case in North America. Anyway, it will take me some time to find my way around this forum but I am looking forward to doing so. At the moment my interest is in learning how to take beautiful images with my new K-5, an upgrade for my K200D, which I still have and plan to continue to use, unless, of course, a nephew/niece comes along and is desperate to begin learning the joys of DSLR photography.
I will try to stay active.
