I've just become the owner of a Pentax-K5 after using the Nikon D7000, which I sold with all my Nikon equipment. However, I have kept my Nikon microphone to use for my Pentax-K5. I switched the camera because I wanted a weather resistant camera, and a camera that was easier and faster to use than the Nikon D7000. It has lived up to my expectations.
Pentax-K5 I have now with the following lenses: 18-55mm. WR, 55-200mm. WR and 100mm. macro-WR. I absolutely love the 100mm. lens, it's the best I've ever owned, including those from Nikon. I also bought the flash AF-200FG, but have not used it yet, because I'd rather not use flash. I will only use it in emergency situations where it is not enough to raise the iso.
My Nikon D7000 was once a gift, so I chose at that time to be faithful to Nikon The systems. However, I had always an eye for the Pentax-K5, so now I took myself together and I decided to be unfaithful to the Nikon D7000, and live my inner camera choice.
This was a little story about my foray into Pentax universe
Hope my English is quite understandable.
