Hello to all. I'm a amateur/hobbiest photographer, from Texas. I've been using a Pentax, of some variation, since I bought my first Spotmatic, brand new , many years ago. I reluctantly switched to the K mount lens system, and bought a Program Plus, when it was introduced. Strangely enough, it is the only camera I still have in my bag, having never been replaced, by several purchased since.
Today, I'm waiting for delivery of a K-5, purchased from B&H Photo, earlier in the week. Although I've dabbled with digital photography, in the past, I figured since I'm "jumping in with both feet", might as well do it the right way.
