hello from the Netherlands

hi all,

I just want to say hello here! I live in the Netherlands with wife and two beautiful boys. Love to take the camera with me during my hobby trips to Scotland, the local river and woodlands, or at my vivarium.

For landscape I mainly use a Rollei with 22MP back and lenses; for events and macro I use a K10D and 2.8 zooms as well as a lot of manual lenses, like the 50 1.2 and the 100 4.0 macro.
The latest addition is the Q with zoom lens, for family use, some filming and for longer hikes with backpack.

I hope to learn more here about the way to use Pentax gear, especially when looking for a replacement for the K10D.

kind regards, Wim van Velzen

Thank you! A vivarium is combination of a tank with plants and animals. In my case it is kind of a combination of a aquarium and a rainforest like land part. I hope this link to my tank works: new wooden hill stream tank (constr jrnl) - Dendroboard

Otherwise google for hillstream paludarium.

Welcome Wim! The people here at Pentaxforums are very friendly and helpfull. I've learned quite a lot here!

Thank you all. The tank is btw completed, as far as things are ever completed ;-) Version 2.0 as presented in the last posts at that thread is working fine.
