Howdy from Denver!

Howdy! My name is Jessica and I am a photography student at Red Rocks Community College. I currently use a Pentax K-r, primarily with a 55-200mm lens (but I do keep a 18-55mm lens just in case). So yeah, that's why I'm here. ^_^;;

Hello JessicaSideways, Welcome to the Pentax Forum!
Well, you've got some pretty scenic places to shoot nearby, Golden, Boulder and all along the front range. There's several Colorado PF members here, glad to have you aboard!
The view along Hwy 93 is good in spots, too. If you see an old Mustang parked and some nut with a tripod standing there, stop and say "Hi"!
