Hi everyone,

nice to be part of this Pentax-Forum.
I´ve bought my K-5 a few months ago and i want to share my experiences, pictures and like to improve my photographic skills (as well as my english skills)

Just beeing part of this

Welcome to the forum! I also just purchased the K-5 and am learning much from this skilled community. The K-5 is a fabulous camera that will require much time to master -- and I'm enjoying every moment ;-)

BTW... Your english is great!

"time to master" - that really is the approptiate expression. I wasn´t aware of this as i was buying the camera. Turns out, there is still a looong road to go for me and i´m looking forward to it and it´s results.

Welcome aboard!

TAv is your friend.
I can reccomend the Magic Lantern book for the K-7, most of it applies to the K-5 and if you're overwhealmed this might be helpful.
