Hi everybody

Hi, my name is Julian, I'm from Berlin, Germany and I'm a newbie.

I bought a Pentax K-5 3 weeks ago and I was a complete beginner in photography, first I had Nikon D3100 but after a while I recognized that a better camera will be a smarter choice for the future.
After reading a lot of tests and reviews I decided to buy a K-5, right now the price in Germany is at 800 including the 18-55 and it was by far the best buy.
I like the metal feel of the camera and the versatile use, either in a really "small" way with a small Limited prime lense or to us it "bigger" with a DA* zoom lense and a battery grip.
Last but not least I like to have something different and not the usual Canikon stuff.

That's my introduction so far...

...greetings from Germany

Julian

Welcome aboard! You can't go wrong with the K-5, and I'm happy to hear you like it so far!
