Hi, my name is Rick and I just bought a used Pentax K-r. Great camera! I was able to use all my old lenses from my film camera. I have just one question so far: The camera thinks it's 2010. How do I tell it we are in 2012 now?

Welcome to the forum Rick.

You should be able to change the date and time settings in the menu. I'd ask your question in the Pentax Beginners Corner where you'll get all the advice you need.
