K5IIs + FA43mm f1.9 Limited

Hi everybody!!
I first would like to thank you, because in the last week I have been lurking the forum in order to clear my ideas.
The thread dedicated to the photographs taken with the FA limited lenses helped me a lot in the decision about which one to choose!

So... today I went to buy those two jewels in the subject ^^
I have preordered a K5IIs, which I'll receive next Friday, and I have taken home a silver FA43mm f1.9 Limited
I am so looking forward to try it!!

As for my introduction, my name is Matteo, I am Italian, but I live in Tokyo.
I am a professional artist, a figurative oil painter.
The new camera will help me in recording useful references and I can actually imagine it to become something I will get more and more interested into.

So, see you on the threads of the forum!

Matteo

I'd be willing to bet that is a great combination. You might find yourself making some new artistic photographs as well as paintings...paired presentations, perhaps?

Thank you very much for all the messages!! I am indeed so much looking forward to receive the camera!
It is thanks to all your contributions in the forum that I am a new member of the Pentax family, so thank you all very much!

I have seen many artistic photographs in the threads here and I cannot hide how much I was surprised to see that some bokeh seemed like beautiful brushstrokes!
I was so impressed so I think also I will enjoy al lot photography itself and not only subordinated to my paintings.
