Hi,
I am a Pentax user since 1983. My first body was the Super Program. Now, I use the K20D and I am waiting a full frame censor to change my K20D. I do not want to use a camera to make films. For that, I use a Sony HD camcorder. I think photo and video are 2 separate things.

Welcome to the forum, No doubt you will find a few people waiting on FF here. I may or may not upgrade before it happens myself. the aa less K5 seems interesting

You might want to just get a second hand K-5, because they are relatively cheap now and deliver great quality stills (some claim its the best APSC DSLR), and then sell it if/when FF comes out.
I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for FF.

I was waiting for the FF as well to get a second camera(well my kx would become the second). But I have come to the conclusion that the only reason I wanted it, was to use my coveted MF lens collection as they were ment to be used...on 35mm sensor. However I have realized more and more that the only reason I would really need to switch is to use my wides as wides. I find now my tastes lean towards the fast 50s or greater. So now my tripod is tilting more towards a more economical K5 or K30 and a Sigma 10-20mm to satisfy that odd time when I need to take super wides..

All of my lenses are for full frame even the expensive sigma 70-200 2.8 HSM, hope it will happen soon to change my K-10.
