I made that jump too. Now if I use the K-10 for something I have to really look at the controls...

I am old K10 user too, but also have K7 and K20. K20 helps with K10 withdrawal pains. My K10 is crippled, only usable as a totally manual body with lens having aperture ring since it will no longer focus or set aperture electronicly, and repair is not economically viable. It is entertaining, though, to use K10 this way with some old lens left over from K1000 film days! I get some very nice shots, though bracketing is necessary to get acceptable

shutter speed and aperture combinations.
