Hello! I'm a long-time member but haven't posted in about 4 years. I spent a year in Iraq, and then got busy, moved several times, and generally didn't have much time for my favorite hobby. Now I'm just getting back into this site, and man--it's gotten even better than ever! What a great resource.

My current DSLR is a K-7 (which I'm still happy with), and I keep a K-10D as a backup. I also have a lot of legacy Pentax K-mount film bodies, as well as K, KA, and even M42 mount lenses. I LOVE the fact Pentax has maintained backward compatibility!

Look forward to watching, and learning from, all the current members--

Paul ... I have just managed to do the same when it comes to returning to the forum again.
Has been a 2-3 years absence for me as well .... just life in general and changes in work .... have mainly taken up my spare time.
It's good to be back though.

For you Aussies, here's a Christmas scene from a 2009 visit to Manley Beach. A little different than we get here in the central U.S.--we're expecting snow on Tuesday!
