K-01 and Nikon lenses

I am eagerly awaiting delivery of my new K-01. I have a number of AI and pre-AI Nikon lenses that I would like to use occasionally. Internet advice for doing so focuses mainly on mounting the Nikon lenses "upside down". Advisability ranges from "no problem" to "don't do it." Is there a simple mechanical converter available that would be functional while eliminating any potential damage to the K-01? There seems to be lots of good advice on how to use the lenses once mounted. Thank you Banskojoe
