Goooooood morning, Wooooorld!

Good morning from Wallonia, soon-to-be-splitted-into-tiny-bitty-pieces Belgium!

That K-7 is my second digital camera. My very very very (did I say "very"?) first digital camera was a Canon S40, which I ended up giving to my mother-in-law. She still uses it and does decent shots with it as long as she stays in Auto mode ^^. Then bought the K-7 a couple years ago, from a local store (nope, sorry, not from Adorama nor B&H) with the well-known (or badly-known, based on your serial number) DA* 16-50 SDM f2.8. Then bought the Pentax AF-540FGZ flash, its related Omnibounce Sto-Fen counterpart, a Manfrotto 055XPROB tripod + 808RC4 head, the Pentax Remote F, one Porst 55mm f1.2 K manual lens and some M42 -> K mounts for one Asahi Pentax 300mm f4 M42 and one behemoth Orestegor 500mm f5.6 M42 (weighting 3.5Kg, hence the 808RC4) that I still need to play around a bit with but current weather does help getting them out...

Looking forward to read/hear from you guys...

Cheers,
Forumfrog

Bienvenu! The Ardennes are a favourite destination for family holidays - what part of Wallonia do you live in?

@all: hope to share some light-painting stuff sooner or later...

@wpvv: currently living in Rocourt (in the Luik/Liège suburbs). Will be moving to Aywaille (along the E25 highway, towards Grand Duchy of Luxembourg) by the end of this year.

Your move will be good for photography - at least, when you are in wildlife or landscape.
