I'm new to the forum. I spent a lot of time here researching cameras and lenses before moving from Canon to Pentax. I've used all the major Japanese brands going back to 35mm. I've wanted the Pentax K5 for a couple years now and when the prices went down after the release of the K5 II and IIs, I figured it was time to jump. I also considered buying a second K-01 body since I liked the images I saw from that camera as well but I haven't bought one yet. I've really enjoyed working with the Pentax so far and am amazed at all the options it offers in the camera. It's quite a learning curve but I'll figure it out after I get through the manuals.
I'm a drummer, so I tend to take lots of
pictures of old metal from Istanbul.
