Just ordered my first DSLR, a K-30 (blue!) w/18-55mm AL kit (because it's currently cheaper than the body only option - def. going to be checking out my lens options). Photography is just a hobby for me but I feel like I've gotten my use out of point & shoots and have been waiting for the right opportunity to move up. My previous cameras are a Canon Powershot G7 and an old S400, you can see some of my photos from them
on my DA account. I have a lot of photos of pants and coastline because that's what's most accessible but I'm happy to capture whatever seems interesting.
