Hi folks,

I am new to this forum but not to Pentax. I have been using Pentax cameras since the 70's and recently moved over to a K-7 in 2010 as most of my accessories are compatible. My favourite stuff, with digital, is Macro and I have a great time in my own backyard where there is an abundance of bugs and spiders.

Welcome to the forum, you realise by mentioning your Pentax usage since the 70's, that puts you along with me, in the old timers category.

You'll find also that there are a few Aussies around here in the forum, so you won't feel lonely.
