OK, new member; been lurking for awhile... so I'm about to pull the trigger on a K-5 II and can't wait to get it. Was focused onthe k-30 for awhile, but I think I'll be better served with the K-5 II; not because I'm ultra-experienced, but more as a tool I can grow with and expand my photo horizon with. I've previously enjoyed a 60's era Voightlander rangefinder 35mm as well as various Canon EOS film cameras, etc, but this will be my first DSLR. Glad to join the group!

Welcome to the forum, hope you still have that Voightlander rangefinder (if my memory serves me correctly which nowadays if often doesn't) that was a fine camera too.
