I recently bought a tamron sp 90 2.5 mm lens that has some fungus in it,is contagion a complete myth or does anyone know for sure?

Welcome to the forum, not liking the sound of that, would keep it isolated just in case until treated.

Thanks,i think you are right there,though i did come across a group of experts who thought the whole fungus thing was blown out of proportion altogether,but think i will play safe
