Hello from Croatia

Hi Everyone,

just crossed over from Canon 400D (17-85, 50/1.8 and 75-300) to Pentax K5 with kits 18-55 and 50-200... Needed some time to ajust, missing good glass and 50 from Canon....

Hi Dynymo, ATM, can't afford them ... But looking forward ... I'm searching some cheap 50mm or used 35/2.4 ... I'll need to wait a year / year.5 ... to build some budget for some top lens ;( ...

Welcome to the Forums ' and the world of Pentax Kristijan.
Pentax has some really good glass . Just not in the Kit lenses. The kit lenses aren't bad just not at the same level as their better lines. The limited's , and *'s ,along with some of the their older glass.

Welcome to the forum Kristijan.
As others have already indicated, you need some better lenses to take advantage of the fine body like K5.
DA35, F2.4 is very affordable and has great IQ.
That would be my next puechase.

Thanks everyone ... Still getting used to K5 ... I had initial shock and didn't know what to think, also before this I was shooting my 6 years old 350D (and from last summer 400D) and this was something new ... completly new shooting expirience ...
