Hi! I'm new here :)

Hi! Just wanted to pop in and introduce myself. I'm Brandy and I'm from a small town right outside of Tupelo, MS. I've been shooting Pentax film equipment for a while and just picked up my first Pentax digital...the k-5. I'm really enjoying getting to know the camera as I've been a Nikon shooter for years. So far, I'm really impressed! I also shoot a K1000SE, MX, and 645N (which is my favorite...will NOT be giving this one up!). Anyway, I've enjoyed browsing around the forum and thought it was time I posted so...hello from Mississippi

Welcome to the forum, enjoy that new K-5, hope you kept your lenses from the other 35 mm Pentax cameras.

You be surprised by the scary number of folk who didn't realise that a) the stuff still fits and b) it's still usable.

Bummer for them, lol!! I love my lenses. I don't have anything fancy right now, but I'm looking to get the FA 43mm & 77mm Limited as soon as I sell my D7000 body
