My name is Dan from Idaho...I'm not a professional photographer but just an enthusiast that enjoys capturing moments and memories.

Landscape Photography
Wildlife Photography
and photos of my son and our Golden Retriever

I just ordered the Pentax X-5 as it seems to be a perfect camera for what I will be using it for and my current abilities.

Welcome, I hope you enjoy your new X-5 I just ordered mine and should be receiving it in a couple days. I think it is a very robust bridge camera for a small amount of money! I started an owners club in the groups on this website as well as on face book so join if you are interested! Welcome again I have not been on this forum long but it looks like a great community!
