Hallo

Hi,
I'm Laurens from the Netherlands and I'm a proud owner of a k-30 since two months. Old sony DSLR broke down and I switched to pentax because of obvious reasons. (SLT = yuk and pentax is way higher quality than standard gear from the 'big two')

Lets hope that in time I'll able to help others on this forum as the forum helped me already. You helped me a lot in choosing lenses.

Laurens

Yeah, when they told us to form a "support group" to deal with our lensbuyers addiction, I think they forgot to tell us exactly what the objective was....seeing all the wonderful things that people do with lenses that one does not have is motivating......and expensive

Oh, and welcome NLaurens. Throw us some pictures, will you?

Oh, and welcome NLaurens.
Thanks, I used the 'standard' 18-55 for the picture and a tripod. The lens database helped me determing to buy the 50-200 WR instead of the 50-300. Last week I experienced that a wideangle-superzoom might be a nice addition btw.
