Greetings from a former Nikonian!

Hey everyone,

New to Pentax, picking up an ME Super (used them before, love them) and some select M42 glass.

Already love it more than my Nikkormat, and will be looking into Pentax digital soon (sensor based image stabilisation, better compatibility with old lenses, weather-sealed bodies and lenses)

After using an ME Super, I realized that the ME Super in my hand including the M42 135mm f/3.5 weighed less than my Nikkormat alone. There's no way I'm hauling Nikon gear in the backcountry ever again...

A little off-topic, but know any good places to offload Nikon stuff? I've been thinking I should get rid of my second Nikon body, and the couple lenses that I took backpacking... I'll keep all the really nice stuff, though.

Ebay seems to be so flooded with Nikon that it's not selling well.

Any tips?

Bonjour from France and welcome to PF ... maybe try the market place here, many run dual (or more) systems ... thanks for the intro and post an image soon ... J
