Hello!!! I would have posted this in the Q forum but since this is my first post, I started I here. I've been a lurker on this forum ever since I purchased my first DSLR, the K10D. Since then I've acquired a few lenses (DA 55-300, DA 18-55 AL, D FA 100mm 2.8 Macro WR, and FA 50mm F1.4), the K30, and just made an impulse purchase of a discounted Q with the 01 lens. With the purchase of the Q, I bought a Fotodiox adapter mainly because is was cheap and wasn't sure how much I wanted to invest in the Q. Now that I have it, I'm coming to the realization that I'm not able to set the aperture on my DA lenses. I'm assuming this adapter is primarily for lenses with aperture rings. Has anyone else been able to get much utility out of this adapter with DA lenses? This is my first post, but I don't plan for it to be my last. Thanx in advance.

Welcome to the forum, if you post your question in the K30 forum you'll be more likely to get the answer you need.

Hope you get your Q issue resolved, I know nothing about them, so I can't help, but I'm sure there will be a forum member who can.
