Just like to say hi to all and find I have found this forum and posts to be most enlightening!

I have been using Pentax cameras for a some time although I haven't used them much of late!

I have an old istD which is still my favorite camera! and I own a K-x which I was little disappointed in!
don't want to go into details...as the end products never seemed to as good as my istD, most probably me the user and not the camera.

I am thinking of purchasing another Pentax =, K30 seems to be of reasonable value!

I am hoping that I can use all my lenses with it without risking quality!?
the lens were purchased when I bought the istD. (OLD but great!)

Open to any suggestions any may feel they can contribute, prior to any new camera purchases.

Welcome to the forum, the K-30 seems to be well thought of by the membership, have a look at the K-30 thread, it may help you with your decisions.
