new guy

Good afternoon. every one. My name is Alan. I'm from Texas. got into photography really by accident. I have a red Pentax K-x in red. I have a few basic lens but looking into getting more into portraits and macro.

Its a great starter camera. But the ISO has to really mess with to get the right exposure.For what I paid at the time I has severed its propose so now I'm looking for a K-5

I enjoy it tremendously. Especially when people intrust me to capture a special occasion for them. I hope to some day may a great part of my income from photography.

Thank you. Still reading on the specs maybe by the end of the year I'll pull the trigger on one.
