G'day I'm Daniel my interests are Landscapes, Nature, Wildlife & Bird Photography I live in the Northen Rivers area of NSW Aus. I think I have a long way to go to say my photos are ok. Thank you in advance Dan.

I just logged on and behold, several Melbournites have just joined Pentax Forums just like I have.....I am in Glen Waverley and have been taking photos for forty years....my first serious camera was a Zenit ( LOL) then a Pentax Spotmatic, K1000, MG. MESuper, MZ5n and now a plethora of K10D, K20D, KX , Kr and now K30. I have a whole box of goodies I got from Dad as well...one day I will actually have to catalogue everything.
I love taking landscape and Macro plant/insect shots. ( I teach Biology, hence the fascination) and I just purchased a Pentax Q twin lens kit...WOW what a little gem...esp the video facility, truly incredible!
Anyway, love to check out the forum for opinions, support and info. I feel as though the distributors of Pentax in Oz don't do a good job....the cameras are seriously good but retailers and specialty shops are overrun by cruddy plastic waste product cameras!!!!!!!!!!!
