Long viewer, new member - A. Jansen

I have been involved in all aspects of photography since the the 1970's. Currently I am using the Canon XSI for my digital photography. My pentax collection includes two K1000's, two super program cameras, two motor drive A's, one ME super and an MZ7. Most of these cameras were collected at my favourite thrift shop. I have many lenses, they include; an smc 85mm F1.8, smc 50mm F1.4, SMC A 28-135mm, SMC A 35-105, SMC 40MM pancake lens, SMC 28mm F2.8 to name a few. Some lens were bought in the eighties. The 85mm and the 50mm lens cost me about 50 dollars each back then. The SMC A 35-105 cost me 8.00 dollars. It came with the Super Program I bought at the thrift shop. I also have two AF400t flashes and other minor pentax flashes. I started off my hobby with pentax and maybe down the road I will pick up a used Pentax DSLR and use the many MF lens on it. In the meantime I continue to visit my thrift shop and collect more pentax and canon cameras and lenses. I hope to enjoy the Pentax Forums site more now that I am registered with it.

Wow.
Maybe "A. Jansen" is not the best member ID, as we already have one of those!
Too funny.

Welcome! I'm looking for one of those smc 50mm F1.4 lenses, so let me know if you spot one at your local thrift shop!
