Hello from Ukraine

Hello everyone!
I am a K-01 user. Adore it with my FA limiteds, smc Takumar 50 1.4 and Posrt 55 1.4. I love street photography and use K-01 for it along with my Fuji X100 but my heart belongs to K-01. Thinking about buying a viewfinder (attached photo). What do you suggest?

Welcome to the forum.

Technically, you can use this universal viewfinder.
How much help it will be, I don't know, as I don't own a K-01. I guess some K-01 users of this forum will answer you during the night.

Just take care it is really the same type as pictured (the one designed for Leica/Zorki/Fed bodies).
KMZ produced this viewfinder also for Contax/Kiev. At the first glance, it looks the same, but with these models the ocular is slightly shifted sideways, to compensate for parallax (with Contax/Kiev, the acessory shoe is not in line with the optical axes).

And of course, when choosing with the revolver, mind the crop factor. The focal length numbers printed on that viewfinder are fitting the angle of view of 24x36mm film.

As there is still no answer, I suggest you repeat your question in the K-01 sub forum.

Thank you, RKKS08! I've not been thinking about the optical axis. Think I should try it anyway. Will ask about alternative devices in sub forum.

Welcome to the forum, I'm not sure when all things are considered, how accurate the view finder will actually be to the image you capture.

If you start making allowances in your mind for the differences, you might as well not bother with it at all, if you get my meaning.
