G'day from melbourne, australia.

Hi to all. yesterday i went out and became a pentaxian by buying my first ever digital SLR - a K10D. there is no question that this camera has capabilities far beyond that of it's new owner, so i apologise in advance for peppering the boards with questions. .

i will still use my 35mm slr at times, but camera wise, it feels good to have joined the 21st century.

cheers, jason.

Welcome Jason, another Melbournite. You're in good company here...
And congrats on entering a whole new realm of photography with the K10D.

Look forward to hearing more from you.

Welcome to the forum. There are really many melbournians here. We should all gather up for regular photog meetings!

LOL

It is in deed like that for the last meet. We ran like headless chickens!

Some gang members want to try my camera. I almost turned urinary incontinent at that instant.

But we are wise people. We will pick a place where it is not easy to rob people.
