Hello to all.

I've been reading the forum for some time and at last decided it was time to join in, so here's a bit about me.

I've been playing with cameras for the last 50 years having had numerous different cameras before I found the Pentax MX which I cherished. Once in a moment of weakness I sold my MX and bought an LX but within a month I sold it and bought another MX.
When the digital age arrived I wasn't at all keen on what Pentax had to offer so I ended up with a Canon. I'm now on my second Canon digital SLR with a pile of lenses but still have a Pentax MX which gets the occasional use.

Strangely enough the lens I use most on my Canon 50D is a Pentax SMC K 35mm f3.5 so I have a foot in both camps.

I look forward to participating in the forum discussions.
