Hi from England!

Well so far I've read some informative stuff and am learning more about how to capture the moment, finding the perspective and improving my shots. Abandoned the kit lenses soon after I got them and have used lots of old manuals instead.
My favourite the Series 1 28-90mm Komine.

Welcome to the forum, you've already gained brownie points with me just for this statement.

Welcome. I'm also new here, and also keen on the manual lenses.

And I'm amused by your nick, as my father (longtime Pentax user, and got me into photography) is also a lover of cryptic crosswords, and speaks often of the Kropotkin.

Thanks for the response folks! Some of you have some amazing old glass that would cost an arm and a leg these days. This pic is taken with a 75-205mm Vivitar close focus m42 and a Raynox 150. One of my better shots. Maybe it's my viewpoint - back to the perspective! Let me know what you think??

Thanks Tsuken for your positive comment!

Love the shots of father and son (I assume) playing banjo. Another following in his father's footsteps??
