Hi, everyone!

I'm long time Pentax fan, only working with point-and-shot cameras, not high end ones.
Have problem with color cast on photos made by my last camera, that was absent for older models in the same conditions.

Also had a trouble of choosing which P&S Pentax camera to buy, it seems that each model behaves/performs differently and not predictably. Could use help on how to choose low end model for still life indoor photography. Apart from reviews, that are mostly for high-end cameras and outdoor or portrait photography.

Recently migrated on Linux OS (Mint), and wold like to know what software others are using for fast post-processing of jpg, not raw. Thumbnail viewer in particular, for sorting, renaming and deleting, without cataloging option. Went through all available from repositories, settled on gThumb, but it's far for perfect for my workflow.

Welcome to the Forums. For just a slight quick adjustment( red eye removal, delete, etc) I sometimes use windows photo gallery . For most of my processing tho I use Elements 9
