I am new here, and have had my pentax 645 n2 for about 3 years. I love using it and the images it creates.
Recently while shooting the 120 film the shoot count went to 14 and feels as though the mirror lock up is stuck.
I cannot see any images through viewfinder nor can I take a picture.
Any suggestions.

Welcome to the forum.

I would start by replacing the batteries with fresh new ones.
