from digital to analog and back again

I'm Dirk, 33 years old (and Dutch so already my apologies for my bad englisch)... and the last two years i've been busy with my pentax 67II (well first the 6x7, then the 67 and after that the 67II). A couple of month ago i bought a almost new 645D with fa 55 and the fa 120 macro.
Now i'm selling my pentax 67II (with 45, 90, 165 LS and 200 mm (all 67 lenses) pentax 2x extender and tubes) to pay the last bit of my 645d.... but anyhows i'm loving the 645d i take it everywhere with me and already i've bought a FA 45-80 and i'm looking at the FA 33-55 or FA 35 and the FA 80-160. Then i have everything i need except a good flash.

I love to take photo's of urban places, there is just a special atmosphere in abandoned buildings.... and i love to capture it with my camera.
I also like to travel, last year i went to the usa with my pentax 67 and bronica and shot alot of nice things there (Las Vegas, Brice canyon, Antelope canyon and the landscape).
Next to this i take alot of photo's of my baby son, this is also the reason why i stopt with my pentax 67II. I just don't have the time to develop the films anymore.

I hope to meet alot of people here and maybe go with them to 'new' urban places to take photo's . I also would like to learn more about my 'new' camera!

Welcome. There is a medium format thread here. You will find other 645D shooters there as well as medium format film shooters. We'll look forward to your contributions.

On a side note, I'd keep both cameras. Perhaps take a new approach to shooting your 6x7. You could reconfigure it and take a more methodical approach than say shooting it like a 35mm camera. And perhaps specialize it for doing BW.

But I need say you have to be the kind of person who enjoys what it takes to visualize a scene and get the expected results on this medium. So if developing your own BW film is a burden and not a means to an end, I guess there is no point on keeping the 6x7 anymore.
