Hello from Washington state

I'm a brand new K-50 owner, my previous SLR was an Pentax ME (circa 1980). I went with a Pentax DSLR primarily so I could use my old collection of lenses and the weather resistant feature was also a plus. So far the camera has been great and a real joy to use!

Nice! Sounds like the reason I took the plunge and bought my K-30 in January. Welcome.
