Hi! I'm Amy. I've owned a K-x for a couple years now. I don't shoot much, so I still don't know very much! Currently, I only have the 18-55 & 50-300 kit lenses. I'm waiting on the arrival of a 28mm manual lens that I'm looking forward to learning to use. I also have a couple of other auto lenses on the way. I'm a full time RN & I also homeschool my three kids. So needless to say, I'm busy!

Hi! Welcome to the forum. These guys can certainly help you learn more about your camera and your new lenses. I got my k-x just over a month ago, and have found so much information on this site, especially at the K-X Users Group. And I've found that most of my questions have already been answered. Hope you enjoy!

You're going to lhavs fun with it. I have a manual 50mm I just love now that I've started to get the hang of it. 28mm is on the wish list. And the people here are great about helping you learn. 😊

I spent just $20. I figure if I hate it, it'll go back to flea bay.

Wow! I must be looking at the wrong times. I haven't had that kind of luck. Which model is it? Or series... Don't know if I'm saying that right.

I just noticed my spelling on my last post. Oops! Sorry - multitasking.

It looks like it's worth at least the $20 I spent. And if I learn to use it & I do get use out of it, then I'll certainly get my dollar's worth.

It does look good. I think you'll get your money's worth. Hey, it's 20 bucks! Those old lenses are a good learning experience and make nice pictures.

I hope I linked that right! That's a link to an album with some quick shots of the dog, Ginger, who is ignoring me and the camera because I don't have the cheese!
