Greetings from Austria

Hi everyone.

I’ve discovered my photography passion a few months ago and bought a NEX-6 this summer. I’m still “newbie” but every day I shoot with this camera I learn a little bit more about photography in general. I’m currently looking for nice legacy lenses and I’ll probably get some Pentax lenses too ^^.
I recently registered to this forum, because I’m thinking about a second camera to complement my NEX and I’m quite interested in the Pentax Q system. Although I’m not completely sold on the Q system (Sony’s RX 100 series are very nice compact camera and smartphone camera are getting better every year), but I’ll still observe the development of the Q.

I’m not a Pentax user (yet?) but I hope I'll be still accepted of the community

Welcome from Iowa! I don't think anybody's going to worry about what you shoot, other than good natured ribbing about it.

As for lenses, the world is your oyster! there are cheaply priced k-mount lenses everywhere!! Makes the mouth water just thinking about it!

Embrace your LBA and go for it!
