spotmatic fan

after rejoining the pentax world with an A3, i have just bought an old spotmatic (serial 1365037) with a domiplan 2.8/50 lens.

i am using this lens to reorient myself with a manual camera.

i note that the takumar 5.6/200mm lens is thought of as good to use even though it is heavier than the body!!

looking forward to seeing the results

cruise season in akaroa,NZ so i will test out on the harbour

Actually the 200mm f5.6 is a very small lens for 200mm (don't recall weight--but I have it and it is small! Yes it is pretty dense). Actually the 200mm f/5.6 is more a "special application" lens. The more common/ normal 200 mm is the f/4 takumar.
