Hello! Totally new to all this

My name is Chandler, I am a musician, writer, skateboarder, Gymnastics coach, and a follower of Christ. I would love to add Photographer to that list, but I know very little. Looking to buy a camera that shoots 1080p video and decent photos as well to start me off. I hope I learn a lot from this place!

I'm not the one to give recommendations for video (I suppose the K-01 and K-3 can handle video quite well), but all the current Pentaxes are excellent for photos.

Welcome, IMHO Photographer would sit very well on that list, with some of those listings providing great subject matter for your photography.
