Newbie just wants to say Hi

Hi My name's Amanda and I'm new to the Pentax forums, although I been shooting with Pentax all my life.

Gary Stafford (my mentor and good friend) has finally persuaded me to join the Pentax digital world here.

I went digital in 2010 and bought a Pentax Kx and that's where I met Gary as I bought a nice little 50mm f1.7 from him.
In total Ive had 2 Pentax Kx DSLR's, a Kr, and now I have 2 K5 bodies and a variety of lenses.

Due to an accident in my 20's I have a disability in my right hand/elbow, so for some of my photography I use a mono-pod to help take the weight of my camera.

My main genre of photography is 'Music Photography' my Flickr page is here: Flickr: Amanda J.Window's Photostream and my website is Amandajwindow

Well I'm off to read some posts here about upgrading the software for my K5's, so I'll catch up with you all soon.

A bit jealous on the concert photos, mine never turn out that well!! I'll get over it!
