My first dslr is the k-30 and I love it. Owned it about 1.5 years and right now I am thinking about getting the DA* 60-250 mm lens with a BOWER 2x teleconvertor. (Amazon.com: 2X AF 7 (MC7) Element Teleconverter For Pentax Lenses with Lifetime Guarantee: Camera & Photo)
Do you think that these two are a good combination? This is a great site and I hope to learn much more from it!

Welcome to the forum.

I am not the most knowledgeable about that combo. Most converters don't AF the lenses and cut the light by a couple of stops. A long zoom needs a lot light before you add a converter.

I had not looked at your link. That does say AF works for Pentax and Sigma lenses.

Welcome to the forum, I'm sorry can't help with this specific lens and converter question, only to say that your going to lose a couple of stops of light and sometimes the IQ can suffer a little when using converters.
