Greetings fom Reunion (island)

Hi,
i own a K-30 + SMC A 50mm f/2.8 + DA 35mm f/2.4 + DA 50-135mm f/2.8 + Tamron 17-50 mm F/2.8 XR Di II SP.
I'm a newbie but started to shoot some nice pictures with Pentax stuff.
This forum is a fantastic database. Thank you.

So nice to see someone from this side of the planet!

I see on your details you list your country of origin as France and not Reunion, are you just living there?

My family emigrated from France to Mauritius during the French Revolution, as we were supposedly part of the royal family. As it turns out, there were two famous French brothers , "Les Bouffe"...... Forget the royalty, they were pirates! They moved to Mauritius from the Med as a safer base from which to raid passing ships from India. .....so watch your stuff if I am around!

I have been to Mauritius twice and Seychelles once.......I love these Islands!

Actually, France is the country, but Reunion is a department of France. Reunion is not a country, it's french oversea.
