Still happy ...

... after all those years .

I am from Germany and I'm using Pentax gear for almost 25 years now. At the moment I save all the money I can an hope to get the K3 by late spring *pressing thumbs*.

Regards
Stephan

Hi Stephan,

Welcome to the forum!
It's great to see people signing up from around the world....seems like you yankies are outnumbering the rest of us!
(But we still love you.)

Anyway Stephan.....a German buying Japanese......you stinking traitor!
I must tell you I am totally obsedssed with anything German,& every time my wife wants to buy an appliance it HAS TO BE GERMAN!!!!

My friend is in Senior management in the local Toyota factory in South Africa, & has been to Tokyo 17 times in 30 years. He loves to fill me in on all the secret tests done on comparisons with German cars in the Namib dessert where they test for durability & dust sealing.......you will of course know the results.
I am currently on my fourth Audi, an RS6......Man I love this beast.

If I could be re-incarnated, I would come back a German.

Now all we need is for Hasselblad to buy Pentax...... then we will see how to make quality like no other!
Just kidding I love my Pentax!

I'm not so sure about that, the Aussies have a fair number around the place too.

Stephan,

I will add my welcome to you. Glad that you took a minute to introduce yourself.

Yes, one euro at a time!

I have landed at Frankfurt a number of times to transfer to other flights, but never had the pleasure of visiting the area. Some day, maybe. I was lucky to have visited Berlin three times - on business, but had a day or two each time for sightseeing and picture taking. Great city.

Craig
