Hi there

I've aquired a fair bit of Pentax gear with this fine website as an excellent starting point and source of inspiration, so I thought I'd pop by and say hello:

"Hello."

With formalities out of the way, perhaps it's time I make myself useful. Rather than create a wall of text with everything I think I've learned and have no one read it, I thought I'd take requests.

I've listed my equipment on my profile page, but here it comes again, this time in order of acquisition:Before the K-5 I used a Canon PowerShot G11, itself replacing a Canon PowerShot A460 given to me by my father on my 22nd birthday. In addition, after years of disuse, my mother gave me her old Olympus OM-10 with the ubiquitous 50mm f/1.8. This was the first camera I ever used, and I had a lot of fun with it in my childhood. In my possession it has exposed three rolls of film: Ilford FP4 Plus, Ilford Pan F Plus, and Fuji Superia X-TRA 400.

If there's anything you want to know about any of these generally excellent toys and my exploits with them, ask away. If not, I'll shut up now.

Full size of the family photo here. Shot with Canon G11.

Welcome, the collections coming along just nicely, it's good to know you've already teamed up with mistress LBA.

I am not addicted!

I'm just patiently waiting for the updated 35mm macro to be available in Denmark, that's all. Oh, and the new 10mm Samyang. And the 18-35mm f/1.8 Sigma...
