Hey, Brooke, where you buying?

Thanks in advance
Lenses, I always check KEH, then used at B&H & Adorama. If I have to buy new, need for a job, check prices at B&H, Adorama & Amazon and decide. Haven't bought a lens in 2 years. Had my own roadmap and gradually filled it with 4 lenses, one of which is really a backup for two others. My DA12-24 and DA 17-70 came used from KEH. Zero problems.

I did buy a Kenko 1.5 TC on this forum a guy in Japan who had old, new in box stock. It was a very good deal

A few years ago, wanting a Sigma 100-300/4, I kept an eye on prices. When I saw them discontinued, bought one of the last available new ones from ACE Photo via Amazon at almost list price. No regrets. .

If you're not in a hurry, that's the best thing. Awhile ago, KEH had some DA12-24's.

I have both the DA 15 and DA 10-17, and they're both really good. Especially the DA 10-17 is very fun and versatile. Fisheye zooms aren't very common, but it has another feature that's unique for a fisheye: it has a very close focussing distance. I can imagine people get carried away when composing throught he VF and bump the front element.

If you have dogs, you want the 10-17.

. The 12-24 works with dogs at 12 or 24!
