Hi I have been checking out the forums for a while but seeing there are contests i guess its my time to add a few cents.. I started shooting in 1978 with a Pentax k1000.... dream camera as far as I am concerned... I was part of the high school year book team and the school provided the pentax k1000. Later went on to shoot canon a 1, canon ae 1 , and many cameras in between... My first DSLR camera was the ISt D ... after ist d went back to canon and then to nikon... just felt that pentax wasnt moving along. Eventually went back to pentax with the kx,and k5 ... Pentax is by far my favorite... and my lenses ... that were tucked away.. still fit. So here I am

Welcome to the forum, good job you kept your original Pentax glass to use again on the K5.
