Howdy from OH...

Hello
I am "that guy". I just took advantage of Adorama's killer price on the MX-1 since it was discontinued. I just got it today, and while it's a bit clunky I already feel an affinity towards it. I have long fingers and big hands and my previous Canon S95 and S100 felt too tiny to me anyway, so there's that.

I took some samples (from my chair drinking beer).... so far and really like it. I've browsed around the forum and it seems friendly enough. I'm excited to learn and post up some photos. Tomorrow the wife and I are going to a Mid-Century Auction and I"m pumped to bring the camera along,

Thanks all. The Mid Century show today was fun. I didn't care for much of what I saw, but had a fun time trying out the camera. Here's some shots I took today, no processing,, jpgs straight from the MX-1

I'm not going to disagree with you on that one.

Now that's what it's all about.
