New Pentaxian from Texas

Just joined to learn how to run my new Pentax K-01. I will use it for real estate photography.

Since no one else has said it... WELCOME!! Please post some of your photos, maybe you'll find you'll start to shoot not only real estate.

Welcome. You have come to the right place for learning about your camera. Take is slow and do not be afraid to ask questions.

Welcome aboard!
Have a look for a DA 16-45 lens, which should be useful for most real estate uses. The 16mm range is acceptably wide for indoor use, and the 45 gives you just a bit of reach. This presumes you got the DA40XS package, not an 18-55 lens.

I got the 18-55 and a longer lens. I need a 10-20 or so for those small bedrooms and tiny bathrooms.
